Right of Withdrawal

Under Norwegian consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, services related to specific dates or leisure activities (such as VR sessions at a specific time) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

This means that the right of withdrawal normally does not apply to bookings at ÆGIR VR ARENA that are tied to a specific date and time.
