House Rules

To keep it safe, fun, and smooth for everyone. By booking/attending you agree to these rules.

🛡️

Safety & comfort

  • Always follow staff instructions. If staff stops an activity, stop immediately.
  • Stay within the marked play area. No running — VR can affect balance and spatial awareness.
  • Use wrist straps where applicable and handle equipment with care.
  • Respect other guests: keep distance and wait your turn when needed.
👪

Age & supervision

  • Recommended age may vary per experience. Ask staff if you’re unsure.
  • Children under 12 may play only with parental/guardian supervision.
🫧

Health considerations

  • Take a break if you feel nausea, dizziness, headache, or discomfort — notify staff.
  • Avoid VR if you are sick, extremely tired, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  • Let us know in advance about injuries or accessibility needs — we’ll do our best to help.
🤝

Conduct

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, aggressive behavior, or intentional damage to equipment/property.
  • Keep food and drinks away from equipment and the play area (water may be okay by arrangement).
  • Photography/filming must not disturb other guests. Please ask staff first.
⏱️

Timing, arrival & equipment

  • Arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce available play time.
  • Play time means actual VR gameplay time. Setup, briefing, and fitting are not counted as play time.
  • Headsets and controllers are cleaned and disinfected between every session.
  • Report equipment issues immediately — do not attempt repairs yourself.
📌

Booking & responsibility

  • You are responsible for following the rules and taking care of the equipment during your session.
  • In cases of gross negligence or intentional damage, you may be held financially liable.
  • Staff may end a session without refund if rules are broken or safety requires it.
