1. Booking

All bookings are binding once confirmed. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment

Payment must be completed via the approved booking system. Prices include VAT where applicable under Norwegian law.

3. Participation

Participants must follow staff instructions at all times. Participation is at your own risk within the limits permitted by law.

4. Health & Safety

VR experiences may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy, severe motion sickness, heart conditions, or similar medical concerns. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health condition.

5. Damage & Misuse

Intentional damage or reckless misuse of equipment may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

6. Liability

ÆGIR VR ARENA is liable only as required under mandatory Norwegian law. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
